Katherine Fraze
Resident in Counseling

Katherine Fraze brings a thoughtful, inclusive lens to her clients and is committed to creating a space where everyone feels safe exploring the full complexity of their lives and relationships.

You don't have to perform, explain yourself before you're ready, or have it all figured out. You just show up, and that’s enough to start.

Katherine’s clinical background includes experience in private practice, recovery settings, and group counseling, with additional training in substance use and couples work. She is a pre-licensed sex therapist with a residency at Croftwell Therapy.

Katherine holds a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Graduate Certificate in Women's and Gender Studies from George Mason University, graduating summa cum laude.
